Muscular Distrophy and Anabolics

Anyone have any knowledge of the medical uses of anabolics to combat MD?

My best friend has MD in his abdomen and back muscles and has gone from walking around a little floppy to being in a wheelchair in about 2 years. He is super depressed and I have suggested that he roll to Mexico or see a doctor that might be able to prescribe some muscle builders, but I have no experience as to whether it would be beneficial to even suggest steriods as a serious solution. Having some experience with Superdrol and Methandrol I thought it might be able to keep him from losing any more muscle...

I'd appreciate any input on these q's...

Can a doc prescribe anabolics for MD and it's recovery and

Is it possible to counteract the disappearance of the muscle tissue using steriods?

from what ive read steroids are very important for md. Should be able to get them from a doc.

MD is the main condition anabolic steroids were developed for. He should try to ask his doc for any HG stuff he can get.
