Hi yal. New here and been reading a lot on here the past couple weeks including the rules and educational forums. Im 22 6 ft 3 in 188 lbs now and aprox 11% bf. I have been working out on and off for the past 5 years and working out hard and solid 5 days a week for the past year.
I just recently finished a 14 week cycle, wk 1-5 sustanon 250 wk 6-14 test e, and am now current on 3rd week of nolvadex for pct. Reason for the switch from sust to test is that i bought half a vile of sust my buddy had left over from a cycle he just finished and then got more but what he got me was test e. I was at 175 lbs when i started and got up to 198 lbs and since have lost 10 of that.
Now before anyone bashes me I realize that i did not know nearly enough about AAS and proper diet before i started as well not having been training consistently for a long enough period of time. While i understood diet was important and feel the food i did eat was good for my diet i beleive i was not eating nearly enough and not achieving the amount of calories i should have. been.
That being said i look forward to learning as much as i can from this site and bulking up by training hard for another year or so along with proper dieting before i start another cycle. Also tomorrow or sometime soon i will post in the diet/nutrition forums. Thanks
