    pct confirmation

Hi, new to the site. Looking for some pct advice. Sorry if this post is irritating...i have read the stickies and most of the info on pct but hopefully you can appreciate my attempt to get my own individual advice....even if it ends up being identical to most. Just for conirmation.

    Anyway, my course has been:

    1st 6wks
    600mg/wk of t-blend (test enan,prop,dec)

    2nd 6wks
    600mg/wk of t-blend (test cyp,enan,prop)

    wks 4-9
150mg every 3 days of tren ace

The change of the t-blend was due to availability.
I am on my 2nd last week and have took only the above with the exceptions of protein, vitamins, and milk thistle. Any comments on the pct needed would be greaty appreciated and sorry again... I know these posts are repetative! Thanks, joe.

Your cycle is awful man. But it's almost over, not much we can do there. How were the gains? Before and after stats?

    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

I'm curious as to why you started a cycle of steroids without knowing what to do when you finished?

thanks for replying.I was just looking for someone like yourself to give me some confirmation on what i have read. Its 1 thing reading, but totally different when someone speaks to you individually. Anyway as far as the cycle goes i had good results (to me anyway). It was my first cycle. Whether it was right or not doesnt matter now lol like you said.

I dont keep a record of bf. I'm 6 1" ...origionally 84kg now 94kg. Arms grew over an inch. Bench 1RM went up 25kg. Basically my strength and size have grown rapidly which i suppose is to be expected. Sorry for my lack of proper stats...just dont keep detailed notes.

What can i expect to keep from my gains?

    thanks

10kg's isn't bad for a 6 week cycle. Typically when you run blends, it's commonly ran at a longer duration.

As far as what you'll keep, well that's impossible to say. Assuming your PCT protocol is in check, and your diet tailors to your PCT, you should be able to manage 70% or so.

Sorry my origional post wasnt clear. Its a 12wk cycle and i've just started my 11th week.

    pct still the same?
what would you recommend in terms of diet/training? More carbs, more protein and decrease poundages?

I see. Yeah PCT stays the same. You can add an additonal 2 weeks if needed. Be sure to get blood work done when necessary.

Training stays the same, tailored to suit your goals. Diet should be altered a bit during PCT. Since the synthetic hormones are out of your system you'll need to increase your macros to help maintain all that mass you've gained. This is just a better way to hold on to what you've obtained during those 12 weeks.

Shouldn't training be less and stick to compound movements? With out the added test in your system if you continue to train with the same intensity you may not be able to recover and actually end with loosing more gains. your training should stay intense but i would cut my training sessions down to 30 to 40 minutes during recovery and diet will be very critical. During recovery eating clean food is the most important for keeping your gains and not putting on much fat as cortisone levels will be at a much higher state during recovery.

Why only compound movements? As stated before, your training should always tailor your goals. There is no magic way of training while your "on".

If you so happen to increase your volume/intensity and cut your recovery days short specifically for your cycle, then yes, cut back while coming off.
