    Guys can you check out my split and let me know what you think

    MON - BACK/ REAR DELT

    t-bar row 3 x 6-8

    reverse fly machiene 3x 8-12

    TUES - CHEST

    incline bench 3 x 6-8
    Machiene inline (elbows flared) 6-8
    Flys - 3 x 8-12
    cable crossover 3 x 8-12

    WENS OFF


    THURS - LEGS
    Squats 4 x 6-8
    leg press 3 x 6-8
    Lunges 3 x 10 - 12
    hammy curl 3 x 8-12
    leg extention 3 x 8-12

    FRI - SHOULDERS
    Shoulder press 3 x 6-8
    seated machiene press 3 x 6-8
    Upright row 3 x 6x8
    lateral raises 3 x 6x8
    Cables lateral raise behind 3 x 10x12
    6 x shrugs 6-12 reps


    SAT - Arms
    Close grip bench 3 x 6-8
