    snacking !

hey guys any ideas for good snacks to much when your out with the girl?
out alot at the movies and had been taking like oat cakes with me but finding them too salty and looking for something to get the carbs in whilst on the go.
been trying waxy maize starch sometimes but rather eat something than that?

If you're looking for a snack that's pretty guilt free, go with pop corn - obviously no butter, but you can use the fake spray stuff. Light on the salt too!

x2, great option just be careful with the high sodium, and some have a pretty high sugar content as well.
