I've been on 100mg of test, 700 units of HCG and 1mg of Arimidex a week for 37 months my FSH 0.3 Low LH 0.2 Low Estradiol 22, I just had a scare with a girl I've been seeing she said she was pregnant.... Can this be possible I thought you lost your fertility while on test. She decided to terminate but now I'm freaking a bit... Can I get some clarification on this? Was she B.S. me and messed around with some other guy or can I actually impregnant a woman also I'm 46 and if so would the child have a lot of problems if born?

While you probably do have a very low sperm count with HRT, it is statistically possible to get her pregnant. It only takes one sperm. If you have insurance go see a doctor and have your sperm count checked. If it is higher than you feel comfortable with you can always consider a vasectomy.

Just found out my wife is pregnant. I have been on 200mg of test and 500 units of HCG week for over a year. Also have blasted some(500mgs test, 400mgs Deca) for 3 months in summer. We decided to try last month and I had my doubts I was still fertile, but I was pleasantly surprised. I am 40, so it is very possible your boys are working.

Not to highjack, but congrats! I guess all the BS you hear doesnt necessarily hold water. Not in yr case anyway...

You most certainly can get pregnant while on TRT...

As mentioned above, the HCG is what will potentially keep 'your boys' working - generating some Testosterone along with Sperm. In the studies I've seen, HCG is not %100 successful in spermatogenesis, but most it's higher than %50-60 of the test group.

HCG alone is a fairly successful treatment plan for many males who have low test and/or low sperm based on those studies.

I'll know shortly as we are trying for our third. I'm 32, been on TRT for about 4 months and am on 750iu of HCG per week.
