I already did a search, some threads were a few years old though so I want to get the most current info.
I'm looking into taking synthroid/cytomel and clen/ephedra for cutting/losing weight.
Is it pointless to take t4 with t3? If I took 100mcg of t4 would that convert to 25mcg of t3 on it's own? So would 25mcg of t3 and 100mcg of t4 equal out to 50mcg of t3? would t3/50mcg be enough to start out on? would 6 weeks on/off be a safe cycle?
and could I just take ephedra/caffeine stack instead of clen? I'm mostly looking to prevent muscle loss and help the t3/t4 along... but worried about the shaking like a bobblehead side effect of clen.
sorry if any of this is wrong, I just read through so many posts and opinions...so I'm a little lost and confused. One thing I seem to understand are the risks of messing my thyroid up for the rest of my life, so I wanted to start out with low dosages and see if it's enough to give the results I want and work my dosages up from cycle to cycle.
