Does it have to be 16 days till i start pct

Do i have to wait the full 16 days after my last shot of enanthate. I had my last shot on the 16th this month and stopped the proviron on the same day and my left nipple had been hurting and tender to touch with a small lump growing behind it for hte last 3 days?
