Dunno, but this is the STEROIDS QUESTIONS forum.
This is better served in the Lounge or workout forum.
Look for this there, as it's getting shipped out.

anyone?
I don't think anyone here uses that stuff.
A simple book.. pen .. and it's on.
All I do is keep my exercises in an Excel spreadsheet along with the current weight and reps. I have a different sheet per workout day and just print out the one before a workout and make changes to that if needed.
You can get other programs with charts and stuff if you are looking to see increases and such but personally I just kind of remember where I'm at and if I want to make a note in Excel of how much I'm lifting on a specific date then thats good enough for me.
ExRx (Exercise Prescription)

- It doesn't get easier, you just get faster. - Greg LeMond
Excel is great for this, I also use it. I do graphs of my progress and keep all the data stored in there.Originally Posted by doby48
excel for sure!
Either Excell or like Nark said, a simple notebook, pen and it's on like Donkey Kong!
Try gymgoal.com
It may be what you're looking for.
This is a quite old thread...but this may benefit some user searching for workout logs.
Gymgoal has a decent iphone app now...it has suggested routines, videos for each exercise, a measurement area, tips, etc.
I took it yesterday to the gym for the first time. Navigation for the app is far from perfect, but it is definitely better than carrying paper and pen around.
Worth a try!
Ifitness on my Iphone
I like it
notebook plus pen. you can use one for two or three months, mark on the front the dates it was good for and put them on a bookshelf to refer back to when you want to compare where you are to where you were.
ifitness for iphone or ipod touch is pretty good it's only 2 bucks.
Both ifitness and gymgoal have free versions for you to try before purchasing the full version. And if you want to try both full versions, this would be a possibility since they are quite affordable....I would say cheaper than paper and pen in the long term and negligible if you compare to money spent on supplements.
