Fish is also high in protein and relatively low in cals.

keeping calories low trying to get of 230 been stuck for a while
doing Cross fit and adding cardio jump rope cycle etc.
working out now for two weeks have junt gotten enought energy to
fell like working out again after many years of felling like shit.
diet typical day
meal 1
1.5 cups of oat meal
2 oz wheat germ
2 oz wheat bran
2 oz raisins
.5 cup egg whites
1 egg
1 slice chedder cheese
meal 3
2 cups salad greans
.5 can of tuna
Meal 4
two chicken brests
1 cup brocly
Meal 5
meal replacment shake
any help would be great.
