Trying to loose fat.
Currently 5'9
216 lbs
Broad build but I have alot of fat around my stomach and gain some muscle mass.
I want to loose the stomach fat. I have already adjusted my diet and that is pretty good.
The equipment I have is
Iron Gym
Resistance Bands
Elliptical Machine
(will be adding some dumb bells soon)
I do not have access to a gym I am a stay at home dad while my wife is in school.
What type of exercise should I do and how many reps.
Also I was thinking about taking some clen with this.
would protein shake be helpful after a long stint on the elliptical machine?
