    bicep infection

On my 4th injection TEST E, i hit my bicep, Injection went great, no pain or blood. About a couple days later it got red, then the next day it felt like there was a layer of water on the top of my bicep.

I poke it with a slin needle to see if it was fluid and it was blood, so it seems like blood has pooled on the top of my bicep. I was extreamly clean with my injection so im not sure whats going on.

Ive told you before on your other bicep thread that you shouldnt inject in the middle of your bicep, it splits down the middle, do not inject again in the middle, go from the sides into the inner and outer. Go and see a doctor

    I have amoxicillin 500mg caps...

SO I should enter from the side of my bicep?

Bicep injections (or any small peripheral muscle for that matter) are just more prone to pain and infection. This is why I avoid site injections and always discourage their use. Just not worth the risks.

Thanks. The injection was defiantly extremely clean but apparently your not supposed to inject on the top. Lesson learned. I think Ill stick to the legs. So is it likely I have an infection? If so should I consider antibiotic or just wait a few days? I'm only 4 injections in so I could put off the cycle, but that would suck. Im about to start to notice what the AAS is all about in the next week.

The vets have weighed in. Go see a doctor already. You don't have to postpone the cycle until after you hear what a doc has to say. Glad I learned not to inject the middle of the bicep. sorry for your loss.

isn't there like a pretty huge vein that runs down the center of the bicept, why would you inject there? not flaming i just don't see the reasoning

Just man the f=== up and tell the doc what happened,

Waiting on something like this can make a big difference in the outcome. Remember if you have to have a small incision in you ass cheek or thigh within a year it will hardly be noticable on the other hand even a small disfigurment of the bicep is very noticable (thats one of the reasons why many steer clear of them) I you want to roll the dice that's your choice..it may go away on its own or you may wind up with a permanent disfigurment of the peak of your bicep..like so many before you who waited. Too ask those on the board to try to help you diagnose this over the internet is really not fair to yourself or those you are asking..see a doc asap.

    Just my 2 cents.
