4: Delts/Biceps
OR
A three day split doing one day:
1:Chest/delts/triceps
2;Legs
3:Back/Biceps

Are you cutting, maintaining, or bulking? I like a 4 day split but you need to work in a rest day. How about this:
mon. Back and Bi's
Tue. Chest and Tri's
Wed. Legs
Thur. Rest day
Fri. Shoulder and Traps
Cutting....
Yeah I was think something like that.
i like high intensity very short rest periods 1 min max
I like the 3 day with a fourth for weak point training. So if delts are lagging- 2,1,3,delts.
Day off between each workout.
But do you really have a body part that is lagging?
this is what my 4 day split looks like:
mon: chest/bi's
tues: legs
wed: rest
thu: back/tri's
fri: shoulders
I would just throw in tris with shoulders.
The 4 day one... Mon, tue, thur fri
Pretty much what I do... I feel it works well like that
