    Injection pain

    I injectecd 1 ml of Test E into my left quad on lst sat, and swelled up instantly and feels like a got a bad cork, dont have much movement in my left leg, its been 5 days, does anyone know why this happened or how long its going to last?

    Virgin quads are tough, it feels like being kicked by a mule, but by day 5 I would expect it to be almost pain free by now.
    Did you try massaging the area and has the lump gone down in size any? Have you had any fever or sweating?, is the area bruised or red and hot to the touch?

    Yea tried massaging it 3 days later its still getting worse, its swelled up heaps and i have barely any movement in my leg and its red and puffy, looks like its infected...Ive done plenty of injections in my time but this has every only happend twice , do u know wat the cause of this is?

    Why didn't you shoot in the glutes first? Easiest place is the least amount of pain.

    Where in your quad did you inject? It seemed to me that the outside of the quad, right where the quad meets the hamstring, about a half inch or so above, about midpoint between knee and hip is the best for me. Anything higher on the quad seems to not react as well.

    Yea, i inject 1ml of Test E and EQ every 2 days, wanted a bit of rest in my glutes so went into my leg, the pains pretty much gone now after a week, cheers for everyones input

    yea quads suck for me too, couldnt do much after my first 2 shots. try warming the gear under warm water for a lil before u inject, works for me. and rub the shiz out of its after. good luck

    That's a spot that takes some time for most. My first time sucked. I hit the right area but it swelled, was red, and hurt for a week. You should be ok. I stick with delts, pecs,and even traps. Never have any issues. I've been thinking about quads again lately but after your thread I'm not sure I want to. I can't stand glutes. Never have liked it.
