I guess that I should have posted this in the recipe section, but too late, lol!!
love em diced and baked with onions & evoo YUM
I just load them up with I can't believe it's not butter.
Boil and mash them with a little salt add tuna mayo with yellow peppers sweetcorn and red onions
what, do we have a room full of chefs here, lol!
Before I would just buy them from Jewel already in plastic so all I had to do is throw them in the microwave for 5 min. Too boring.
Anyways, thanks all for the tips!!
I eat em plain usually. Love the taste of em.
Sometimes as a somewhat healthy cheat I'll slice them into 1/8" thick slices and fry them in some butter. They are amazing.
I skin them, cut them up small and boil
I thin mash them and add in a clove of crushed garlic and some chopped spring onions, u can add a bit of oil also
Onions and garlic are gr8
Cut horizontally and thin like Potato Chips. Place on Oven Sheet layed out flat and drizzle olive oil on them evenly. Sprinkle with Pepper and Rosemary. Oven at 450 for 20 minutes. They will be soft in the middle when they are ready.
I like mine with the sides a little burnt. Taste Awesome and a short cooking time.
Sweet potato and yams to me are already way too sweet to the point where I kind of feel sick. I like to contrast the really sweet taste with HOT SAUCE! Call me crazy but dash a little tapatio on them babies and its a little slice of heaven to me. Sorry if that is no help, but try it you may like it. Thats about as far as I go with sweet potatoes
Have a variety of Mrs Dash on hand and some olive oil mash them up and season the way I feel at the time, sometimes a LITTLE hot sauce and GTG
Tupperware container+8 minutes on high+ I can't believe it's not butter+ sweet and low brown sugar= Happy Ajaxx![]()
just been cubing them up, boil, drain then mash. took a few days to get used to it but its cool. bite of meat, bite of mash, bite of meat, bite of mash lol. i tried splenda, sweet and low ect and it just pi$$ed my gout off so that had to stop.
i cut them up like french fries!! place on pan , sprinkle EVOO , pepper ,bake and vwwaaallla
