Thumbs up Throw the little dog a bone

33 years of age weight 155lbs lifting for 15 years. I was a competitive powerlifter in college and since than slipped away from the gym. Never weighed more than 175.
Here is my question, and hoping to get some REAL advice. Looking to gain 10lbs in 3 months. What are thoughts about how to achieve this short term goal.
I have in past done 4 cycles. i have not done a cycle in 10 years, and currently been working out for 6 months 2-4 days a week. Mapped out a diet plan of consuming 3000 calories a day, and starting a routine lifting for gains.

Please provide feedback on how to achieve this goal, with or without the help of a cycle. Curious to hear what the consensus is (cycle or high caloric intake)
