I'm new to this world.... i have thought about crossing this line most of my life and i was talking to some people, doing my research on how to properly use the products, more in particular, test400. I paid for my shipment. so within the next week or so i will be starting my first 10 week cycle ever following up with a post cycle routine. Any instruction anyone can give me towards routine when it comes to working out. Do i go full tilt ? 1 day on 1 day off ? 3 days on 1 day off or full blown 6 days a week with 1 day off ?
i want to maximize my results.
