ok well im new to this website but not new to training. im 19, and yes im young and ive read up on about it on here already. however let me explain some things. ok im playing college football next year. ive of course ran and lifted weights all through out highschool and up until now. although only recently have i learned how to properly train and diet. so my plan is to use this cycle to give me a boost since i dont have enough time to do it natural. i have gained 10 pounds naturally since the end of highschool though. i have also got much stronger and faster and im in the best shape of my life right now. but again i want an edge. so first i guess ill tell you what im taking. im injecting sustenon 250 mg and boldenone undercyclenate 300mg. im doing 1cc of each same shot every five days. so of all my research ive figured that if i just continue to use proper diet and excersise my cycle will be a success. only thing is ive also read that my growth plates may not be done growing ? whats the major downside to this im 6 2 180 and im happy with my height just need to put on more weight. and yes i am eating like a monster . also ive researched and i always hear yall talk about how a young kid is going to mess up his sex and not be able to get hard ? but i can never find out what causes this or how to prevent it or what not to do ? can some one help me cause i really dont want to mess up my sex life. also i have my pct ready for when i need it. so any advice pointers harsh comments anything to help me reach my goals im open to anything and everything and will greatly appreciate it. also ill give you guys a run down of my typical day so you can also give me advice or let me know if im on the right path.
1. wake up, eat 5 egg whites subway sub and protein shake also drinking alot of water (also taking fish oil, and multivitamin)
2. take bath relax etc. eat 2 pbj sandwiches and more water
3.run to gym. play couple games of basketball. lift. run home.
4.eat 2 steak potatoes beans and protein shake.
5. relax.
6.2 more pbj plently water .
7.go run sprints and do speed work (everyother day)
8.eat tuna sandwich more water and protein shake.
9.sleep.
this is a summary i run everyother day and rest on the weekand. i also wrote this as of my most recent. i go grocery shopping tomorrow so ill buy more healthly foods that i ran out of . any suggestions on food. snacks espicially. please any feedback is greatly appreciated. thanks and please someone fill me in on the sex issue thank you.
