    cycle, workout, diet advice much appreciated

    I am mid cycle, and so far my gains in size and strength have been minimal/disappointing. Please offer any advice on how to increase growth. If more info is needed to help, please ask. If this question is better posted elsewhere please advise.

    stats:
    33 y.o.
    260 lbs.
    6'4"
    19 % fat approx.

    1st Cycle:
    250mg Test Cypionate IM bi-weekly.
    6 weeks into cycle

    workout: 3 sets of 8-10 for most sets
    day1:
    chest; incline, flat, decline bench,
    triceps; narrow bench, lying extensions, pushdowns

    day2:
    back; pulldowns, rows, dumbell rows, hyperextensions
    biceps: barbell curls, dumbell curls

    day3:
    thighs; squats, leg presses, leg extensions
    hams; stiff deads, curls
    calves; calf press, sitting calf press

    day4:
    Shoulders; sitting barbell/dumbell press, lateral raises, bent lateral raises
    abs: crunches, reverse crunches, leg raises

    day5:
    Rest

    day6: repeat cycle.

    Diet:
    6-8 meals per day
    40 grams carbs, 40 grams protein, some fats(olive oil, meat fats, eggs)
    carbs; sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice
    protein; chicken, beef, fish, eggs, egg powder

    1-2 gallons water per day.

    multivitamins, fish oil, adrenal support, kidney support, etc.

    Just to add;

    pre workout: 25 grams protein powder, 5 grams glutamine, creatine, BCAA's.
    Post workout: 50-150grams carbs from fruit, or carb powder, 50 grams protein powder, 5 grams glutamine, creatine, BCAA's.

    you should be taking in 400g of protein a day.. 6-8 x 40 is 240-320g.. so that is one problem

    another posibility is your gear is fake.. perhaps you should post pics.. remember to black out the lab names on the pics with microsoft paint.

    Gear is from pharmacy so I am ok there. My protein estimates are conservative, I will try to keep it near 400 though.
    My body fat is a bit high, I will work on that this spring.
