I am mid cycle, and so far my gains in size and strength have been minimal/disappointing. Please offer any advice on how to increase growth. If more info is needed to help, please ask. If this question is better posted elsewhere please advise.

250mg Test Cypionate IM bi-weekly.
6 weeks into cycle
workout: 3 sets of 8-10 for most sets
day1:
chest; incline, flat, decline bench,
triceps; narrow bench, lying extensions, pushdowns
day2:
back; pulldowns, rows, dumbell rows, hyperextensions
biceps: barbell curls, dumbell curls
day3:
thighs; squats, leg presses, leg extensions
hams; stiff deads, curls
calves; calf press, sitting calf press
day4:
Shoulders; sitting barbell/dumbell press, lateral raises, bent lateral raises
abs: crunches, reverse crunches, leg raises
day5:
Rest
day6: repeat cycle.
Diet:
6-8 meals per day
40 grams carbs, 40 grams protein, some fats(olive oil, meat fats, eggs)
carbs; sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice
protein; chicken, beef, fish, eggs, egg powder
1-2 gallons water per day.
multivitamins, fish oil, adrenal support, kidney support, etc.
