ive been working out for about a year and i dont seem to get the results i want i dont seem to be able to get rid of my body fat im 5'8 210 21% body fat i watch what i eat n i go to the gym daily do daily cardio and low weight high reps i am looking to get down to about 180 n lower my body fat to atleast 12% my buddy recomended to start on a 12 week cycle of test etha and deca with a pct of HCG i have read alot probably too much n from site to site info seems to change... i was hoping for some help and info
