depends on your goals.
if you're cutting id say no, do your cardio first
Bulking or tryin to gain lean mass? Absolutley 1 scoup of whey as soon as you wake up and real food within the next hour.
I put quite a few lbs following that routine for breakfast, scoup of whey and then shower shave and cook breakfast
yeah im aiming to put on lean mass. yeahh that sounds like a good idea, cheers man.
I think it's a good idea. Fast acting protein after having gone without for several hours.
I like fasted cardio too, but I don't think a whey shake even before am cardio would have much if any negative effect.
I drink a protein shake every morning at 5am then go back to sleep till 8, then finish it off, shower, cook breakfast.
