Don't remember you either but there is lots of people who join up a day. You are very lean and good arm size for your body size. Got you work on those other parts as well to even out while trying to keep lean you should be good to go

It can be expensive to get enough protein. At this point, get it however you can. I like chicken, but if my budget was limited I would buy whatever was cheapest. Looks like you are very lean, and young, so you probably don't need to worry about putting on fat like I do.

Good luck, and keep it up.

salmonella posining is no myth my friend! I have had it from eating raw eggs and let me tell you it is not fun! I almost ended up in the hospital...the salmonella is on the outside of the eggs can and can contaminate the egg when its cracked. I use to eat raw eggs all the time until I got sick and no more!!!! I was sick for a week...couldnt keep anything down, couldnt stop shitting, was cold and shaking....worst thing you could imagine!

Do your self a favour and by whey power.

Good work lad! I'd switch to a safer protein source as soon as your budget allows you too though. If by chance you get salmonella poisoning you're not gonna be able to take in and keep down anything for 3 to 7 days and your body will eat away at your lean muscle mass quickly. Best of luck and keep up the good work!

I assume you know this but lots of bodybuilders use eggs and egg whites as a quality protein source, however most cook them cooking does not destroy the protein. Tuna is another great source and when I was your age I used to eat a ton of it but now it sours my stomach if I eat too much. However I have discovered frozen Alaskan wild caught flounder at Sams club and have been using it for about half of my protein intake. A 2.5 lb bag costs $10.95 on sale and each fillet is separately vacuum sealed so they are easy to prepar and store. Another great source of cheap protein is chicken breast, I am lucky and there is a small store nearby that has really good quality chicken breast and on sale its $2.49 lb and that is in two breast size packages not the huge ass 5lb packages Safeway/Giant sells where you have to freeze half and even the unfrozen half is nasty yellow smelly dried up crap ( No fan of safeway or giant here LOL).

Anyway good luck on the gains and good luck with finding the protein, its definately the most important and hardest part of training.

Also if you are able to get your food intake to the point to support lots of growth do not forget the legs, good excersizes like the squat and leg press and dead lifts will allow you arms and upper body to grow at an amazing rate. If you neglect the lower body you will never see nearly the upper body growth.

Dude trust me (as a chef, and Servsafe certified) do not continue eating raw eggs...

Just hard boil them, how hard is that?

Or at the very least, coddle them. Google coddle egg.
