Recent purchase from ar-r

I made a purchase from Ar-r.com and one from rui for my rat and I did not receive any email confirmations. I still have not received a tracking number from either place or anything......these were ordered On the 21st

Anyone think I may have trouble with my shipment?

Any information is appreciated. Thanks brothers.

I had the same thing happen to me last week. No comfirmation email or tracking number. But I did receive everything I ordered from them within 5-6 days.

Log in to your account there and view your order. You should be able to print it

I've always gotten a confirmation email. Did you check your spam box?

Email their customer service and they will get back to you with a tracking number.
