Guys,
Please let me know what you think of my diet. I am going to run test/tren for 10 weeks and would like to add about 10 to 15 pounds. I am currently on HRT and will be running 400MG tren and 600MG test. I have been lifting most my life and have run a couple cycles. I know I need to get my diet dialed in because I just don't seem to be growing like I used to.

Morning:
Six eggs and 1 cup of oatmeal Change this to less yolks and more whites
Mid morning:
60 gram protien drink- 250 calories Change this to a real food meal... CHicken and Broccoli, with EVOO and Fish oils???
lunch:
6 ounce steak, 1 cup brown rice and saladOk meal but we need macros...
Mid day:
60 gram protien drink- 250 calories Make this more like either of the last two meals
Dinner:
8 ounce chicken, 1/2 cup vegetables and 1/2 cup of brown riceOk meal... again, get us some macros...
