    Cramps? Pumps? what is this...

    About midway through my cycle I get front shoulder/outer chest cramps. For instance, if I take my right hand and reach across the back of my left shoulder, my right front delt and outer chest will tense up like it's cramping. I'm not even lifting.

    Any ideas?

    stats?
    What's your work out regime look like?

    assuming proper rest to recover

    my ideas are:

    take a multi-viatmin if your not already,
    Eat a banana 30 min before you lift (adds potassium and spikes insulin for your workout)
    make sure you drink Lots of water, (if your piss is darker then a slight yellow drink water)
    remember your body has to have salt to hold on to water so make sure you get SOME salt it doesn't take much.
    if your supplements don't already have taurine, i'd throw that into the mix starting at 500mg a day

    If are doing all the above and still getting cramps, it's something you should seek a doctor for.
