I’m going on vacation in about a week to Miami!!! Hell Yeah!! Anyway, I was wondering if any of you bro’s have any ideas for a vacation diet? I still want to try and stay close to my high protein low carb diet as much as possible, cause after I get back a month later I’m going to be in my bro’s wedding, so I still want to keep this going……. I just didn’t know if you guys had any inside tips or tricks that have helped you guys stay close to your diets as possible when on vacation? Thanks Bro’s!!
