Hi guys i haven't been on here since my last cycle which was about a year ago.
I've been on a few cycles which included Test, Tren, Dbol, Winstrol. Last cycle was 1 rip 200 i was taking 2ml EOD.
I'm 31, 13st 10lbs, 5ft 9
I don't want to bload to much and want to put on quality muscle.

HGH not sure how much to start on? The HGH i got comes in 30iu pens which are already mixed! G****ropin and not sure weather to go 7 days on or 5 days on 2 days off???
I had good results on the One rip 200 last time i'm going to stick with that but pin ED instead of EOD.

Week 1-10 One Rip 200. 1ml ED
Week 4-10 Winstrol, 50mg ED
I don't want to get huge i'm looking at more shape and definition.
How many Calories, Protein, Carbs and fat do you think would be enough?? Depending on wat u guys suggest i will work out a diet plan?
PCT i will include Clomid, Nolvadex I got proviron and Armidex on hand to should in include those?
I might also use a diaretic to help with less bloat! any good ones out there?
