    Breakfast: -Yams
    -Chicken
    -Aspargus
    -Salads

    Diner: -Brown rice
    -Salmon
    - Brocoli
    -Salads


    Super : -Yams
    -Chicken
    -Aspargus
    -Salads


    im 5.11 , 200 pounds. trying to get too 8% bodyfat

    ANY help is appreciated
