    Is tren ace and prop good on 1st cycle ?

    Hi guys I'm on the 5th week of my 12week cycle. People has told me to drop the tren and prop and just keep going with the sus 250.
    Iv been doing more reading and research regarding to this and I still don't understand y tren and prop isnt right for 1st cycle.

    Could some1 explain Plz!

    tren is the harshest compound you could use and comes with very nasty side effects. also recovery from tren can be a bitch. prop is fine for a first cycle as long as you understand it needs to be injected at least eod if not ed which can be painful to say the least.

    Well bro you couldnt of did to much research.Beacuse we tell countless people everyday about beginners cycles and tren.Tren isnt for beginners.Now that isnt a slam.You just dont start out with the strongest injectable there is.1st cycle test only 3 to 400 mg per week.That way if you have any sides you know wats causing it.2nd TREN will make you or break you it has many sides.A lot of people cant handle it.Not something to play with.Good luck you may need it.

    Sun n wen sus250, Tue, thur n sat prop and tren.

    age :28
    weight: 87
    height: 182
    bf% 19%
    yrs training: over 2 years
    planned pct: novadex
    goals for this cycle: mass then cut

    Are you experiencing any sides from the tren or any other compound (tren sides, night sweats, short of breath, bad dreams, insomnia) just to name a few

    Hi mate, so far in total not many sides i can see or feel apart from pimples on my face mayb 3 or 4 so

    you are running way to much stuff. There is absolutely no need.
    Its like you are 21 going to a bar for the first time to get a buzz and your drinking beer which would work but you are doing shots of tequila and vodka with the beer

    i would drop the tren and prop. 500mg of test a week is plenty

    Is it wise to drop them now?! 2mro will be the start if my 6th week.
    And I'm not really growing! Why?
    I eat very good like 5times a day + whey.etc. But the only thing is, I dont have much carbs. Maybe about 1/2 cup b-rice perday.

    If your goal for the cycle is to build mass and THEN cut, why are you eating almost no carbs? It's like you want to get big but are afraid of getting fat(er) and aren't eating enough. Your BF is already too high to cycle but since you are mid cycle you need to decide which way you are going to go, mass or cut. If you want to add mass you need to eat more carbs.

    yes drop them now.
    Post up your diet exactly. you cant make muscles out of nothing. You need food. I guarantee thats your problem

    7-7.30am: 6 egg whites + 1 yolk and mushrooms and multivitamins and fishoil 2caps
    8.30-9.30am: workout with amino then protein shake(2scoops) then 2-300g tuna or chicken with salad or 1/4 cup brice
    12noon: 250-300 beef or chicken then some fruit.
    3pm: 200 - 300g of chicken or tuna salad with a protein shake (1 or 2 scoop).
    6pm: 300g beef or chicken with lots of steamed veggies.
    9.30pm protein shake 1scoop of casein fish oil 2caps

    mixed fruits and nuts all day but not much as i find my self going to the toilet lol!

    workout 6 days a week
    mon to fridays weights and sat cardio

    cardio:
    5k run with in 30min, 2k row on level 10 and 1k cross trainer all up about 45mins

    That's the diet my trainer put me on but I always ask him y no carbs!?
