I just got my Tamox from Ar-r, very nasty semllign and looking. Just like mouthwash lol.

My gyno has come back after almost a year off cycle, so I got Tamox and was wondering what doses I should take and for how long.

any help is appreciated.

if it's bad start high 60mg then drop....60/40/40/20/10... just so you have more time to adjust... i vwould go to the doc and tell him give me a scrpit.. might as well your not on cycle now.

If you're trying to reverse gyno you should look into getting letro.

Thats good advice. I rarely go over 40mg but if its bad,,,try 60mg for a little while.

thanks guys, also, does it make a difference how much you dilute it? I am never picky but for some reason this stuff really turns me off and I find it hard to drink so I have been diluting it in a cup of orange juice. Will that affect it in any way?

I am not trying to sound like a dick, but you should probably go see a doctor about that instead of putting a band aid on with a SERM. I'm just saying it very well could be gyno and related to AAS, but just go check with a doctor to be sure before popping "research chem" grade Nolva. Just my opinion

I know its from gear, Iv had it twice, iv just never had it act up like this after being off gear fro a few months. I never had it untill I was on gear to. I know its gyno. So all I want to know is if you can dilute Tamox to much, like I said iv been putting it in a cup of juice and mixing and drinking.

Guess its kinda my fault as I should have mentioned I did a cycle and got it.

well it was very very minor for a few weeks after my cycle and just started to get worse the past month, I did the cycle almost a year ago now

I'd bet that it's not related to a cycle if you've been off for a year.

its been there since I went off cycle, it was minor, I ignored ti as it was so minor, then slowly progressed and now im starting to get a lump and both nips hurt

Even still, after a year your body should have recovered (about as much as it could). It's probably nothing, but it might be something. Go to the doctor's and get some bloodwork done.
