I am 34 years old, 6'0" and weigh 260lbs. Been working out for 3 1/2 years steady now. I am currently on TRT(250mg Test Cyp every week) and have been since April 2010. I was wanting to plan a blast in January but have no idea on what would benefit me the most. I have read all the different steroid profiles and still cannot figure it out. Obviously I want to stay away from Tren. I see alot of guys do Deca when they do a blast but I don't know if thats what I should do. I am going to try and cut as much fat off as possible before the blast. I am currently around 20-23% BF. I have been as low as 18%. I carry all of my fat in my upper body(stomach, back, love handles and chest). I eat about 2600-2800 calories a day using a food journal and measuring my foods out. I typically have a 60-20-20 split for Pro-Carb-Fats. My ultimate goal is to be around 230lbs and be somewhere in the 10-15% BF range. I will never compete, i just want to look good. I have always been the "fat" kid, but I am not your typical fat guy. I have quite a bit a muscle I just can't get it to show. Just a big guy in general, but have never been cut. So is there anyone that might suggest an AAS that might help me with my goal. I don't mind adding muscle, but if I kept what I have but more defined I would be okay with that.
