    Trying to plan a blast

    I am 34 years old, 6'0" and weigh 260lbs. Been working out for 3 1/2 years steady now. I am currently on TRT(250mg Test Cyp every week) and have been since April 2010. I was wanting to plan a blast in January but have no idea on what would benefit me the most. I have read all the different steroid profiles and still cannot figure it out. Obviously I want to stay away from Tren. I see alot of guys do Deca when they do a blast but I don't know if thats what I should do. I am going to try and cut as much fat off as possible before the blast. I am currently around 20-23% BF. I have been as low as 18%. I carry all of my fat in my upper body(stomach, back, love handles and chest). I eat about 2600-2800 calories a day using a food journal and measuring my foods out. I typically have a 60-20-20 split for Pro-Carb-Fats. My ultimate goal is to be around 230lbs and be somewhere in the 10-15% BF range. I will never compete, i just want to look good. I have always been the "fat" kid, but I am not your typical fat guy. I have quite a bit a muscle I just can't get it to show. Just a big guy in general, but have never been cut. So is there anyone that might suggest an AAS that might help me with my goal. I don't mind adding muscle, but if I kept what I have but more defined I would be okay with that.     Something not very harsh, with some Anti-E benefits due to your body fat. Which could cause more of an Estro problem while on cycle.

    Have you ever cycled before?

    If not' then honestly... just a simple Test E cycle will do the trick. So for you only means bump the TRT dose up.

    I have never cycled before. I have not really seen much change even on TRT so that is why I was asking about another AAS. I am already on an AI and my last blood work was Total test 1077 and E2 was 17. 6 weeks prior to that it was Total test 785 and E2 at 64.

    So any suggestion on another AAS would be helpful. Also dosages.

    hit the diet forum bro! you don't need to blast till you get your body fat down to 10-12 %. Trust me you will be much happier with the results of the blast!

    OP - Its great that you have the attitude of wanting to cut as much as possible before that blast. Lets roll with that... If this is your first cycle, do you really want to spend it attempting to lose weight? Your TrT dose alone should be sufficient while you cut weight along with proper diet and workout regime. I say keep at it and cut down to atleast under 15% before you blast, that way you can really enjoy it and focus on recomping or bulking to gain back some of your size and show off your new definition.

    So basically I cut my calories down and do more cardio? Right now I hut weights 4 times a week and cardio twice a week and take Sundays off.

    You need to figure out what your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is first. Use that to figure out the amount of calories you should be taking in per day. Don't eat less calories than what you should be taking in to try to lose weight or you'll be tired all the time and will lose muscle along with body fat. You want to lose the weight through cardio and weight training since that way the weight you lose will be almost all body fat.

    Even if you're body is "Carb-sensitive", which mine is as well, your carb intake should be higher than 20% of your total calorie intake. I think you'd do better with a 50-35-15 (Pro-Carb-Fats) meal plan along as you make the right food choices and spread your calorie intake across 6 to 8 meals a day. You'd be amazed at how much can be accomplish by just a few small changes like these. GL
