First cycle of Sustanon 350

I will be taking my first cyle of Sustanon 350 twice per week.

I have novedex for my PCT that I will be taking 2 weeks after my last injection.

I heard an AI is needed during my cycle.

Will this effect my gains? What kind of dosage should I take of it and do you recommend anything in particular?

Would it be ok to take novedex during my cycle or would this be a waste?

5'9 170lbs
10% body fat.

Sorry for the dumb questions but my supplier has used them for a long time, but he basically just said to shoot the stuff and lift big. I want to be as safe as possible.

Yes you should run an ai. Depending on.which one you chose that determines the mg dose. Like adex would be .25 eod for a start and adjust accordingly.
An ai will help keep estro in check so you so not get gyno

And you need clomid for pct also. Not just nolva. And nolva is a serm not an ai
