I am starting hgh for the first time in my life and I am very excited. I have used aas for ten years now. Im 6'3" 290lbs and 17%bf. I compete in strongman and I blast and cruise year round. Im taking hgh not to get lean but I want to use it to gain weight and muscle mass. Im new to it and I have 10 kits and can get more I want to go on as long as possible. My close friend who is a very succesful amateur bodybuilder recomended I take it like so
MONTH
1-2iu's 5 days a week
2-2iu's 5 days a week
3-4iu's 5 days a week
4-6iu's 5 days a week
at this point he wants me to stay on 6-8 iu's a day from here on out.
What kind of results if any will I see the first couple months? What do I look for as far as positive results and negative affects to know its working? Is 6-8 ius the ideal to gain weight and muscle mass. Any other advice would be awesome.
