Im not a huge guy, but through my 20s I weighed about 170 and 9-10% body fat.. I also shredded up and weighted 160 with about 8% body fat.. Now Im weighting 185, but with the same muscle mass as I had at 170lbs. So in other words, I need to drop 15lbs and quick too.. My gym days went down from 5-6 days a week to 2-3 days a week.. I find myself getting more tired durring the day when Im at work.. I would like to get back down to 10% bf.. What is the best and easyest way to drop 15lbs.. And ideas, and supps.. I do know I need to clean up my diet again..
