I'm looking to start my first cycle of Clen shortly and currently looking into the Claire Gel (230ml Tub) variety which appears to be more easily sourcable in Aus.
My aim is simple, strip the fat while limiting my muscle loss.
I plan to take GNC Taurine Tablets daily while on Clen which is 500g Taurine per tablet, is 500g daily enough? or should I be taking 2 tablets daily?
I'm going to pyramid up the cycle, but would I need to pyramid down?
As I’m currently not able to source Ketotifen locally I’m thinking the 2 week on and 2 week off cycle would be most suited?
My cycle is looking like this (1ml Claire Gel = 40mcg Clen):
Day 1 - 1mL (40mcg)
Day 2 - 1mL (40mcg)
Day 3 - 1mL (40mcg)
Day 4 - 1.5mL (60mcg)
Day 5 - 1.5mL (60mcg)
Day 6 - 1.5mL (60mcg)
Day 7 - 2mL (80mcg)
Day 8 - 2mL (80mcg)
Day 9 - 2mL (80mcg)
Day 10 - 2.5mL (100mcg)
Day 11 - 2.5mL (100mcg)
Day 12 - 3mL (120mcg)
Day 13 - 3mL (120mcg)
Day 14 - 3mL (120mcg)

My Current Diet Plan looks like the following:

- Straight to Gym for Hour Weight Sessions
- PWO Shake (Whey Protein, Creatine, L-Carnitine)
- Lunch:
- 200g Lean Meat
- 1 cup of Basmati Rice
- Small Tub of Lettuce, Cucumber, Balsamic Vinegar
- Afternoon Snack:
- 95g Can Tuna in Springwater
- An Apple
- Handful of Almonds
- Dinner:
- 200g Lean Meat
- Small Tub of Lettuce, Cucumber, Balsamic Vinegar
- Snack before bed:
- Omelette consisting of: 4 Egg whites & 1 Yolk, Mushrooms, Herbs
How does all this look so far?
