I'm thinking of stopping the ephedrine and running clen for 2 weeks. I haven't touched clen for over 4 years. Ephedrine I've used for very long periods at a time and rarely omit totally from my training schedule; whether that be pre-workout stim 3 x a week, a lift me up every so often, or during a cutting phase 3 x a day.
I understand the way both act on receptors, but will clen still be effective if I throw in for 2 weeks after 6+ weeks of ephedrine/caffeine?
I've always avoided clen and preferred EC as clen makes me tired and doesn't have the appetite suppressant that ephedrine has. I've never been leaner in my life and have a tiny little bit of bodyfat to drop 2-3lb - glutes and belly button - so hoping a switch will finish the job nicely.
