Hey guys as the title explains I have a big problem! The right arm is significantly bigger than the other. I am of course right handed. I don't see why there so different. Is it as simple as I'm favoring one more than the other when doing my exercises? What can I do to start fixing this? Should I throw in an extra set of dumbbell curls but just with the left?
Here's my typical arm exercises
Triceps
Barbell skull crushers supersetted with close grip bench of same weight. 4 sets
Two handed behind the head extensions 4 sets
Quick set of rope cable extensions. 1 set
Biceps
Close grip chin ups to failure 3 sets
Either barbell curl or spider curl 4 sets
Seated incline alternating curls 3 sets
Anything I can change so lefty isn't living in rightys shadow?
