The guys in the nutrition section can set you on the right path and then you can just eat what is on the list. If something isn't on the list, don't eat it. If you are anything like me, your cheating will decrease as the changes in your body increase. As soon as I stopped eating for fun, or our of boredom, my gains accelerated.
