    Next cycle

    I guys I'm new to all this but was hopin for some general advice I'm 31 6ft tall weighing in at 217lb just finished a test only cycle using 1.5 ml a week of test 250 for 6 weeks then up to 2 mil for remaining 4 I eat well consuming 4000-5000 Cals a day my so my question is keep it simple just test or add other things sorry if this seems vague writing on my phone

    Welcome bitsmall. B4 we talk about adding mor compounds, let's talk about ur goals. Wut r u trying 2 accomplish?

    Won't be looking to start next cycle till feb next year maybe march just wanna utalize you're knowledge as mine is limited

    Well Test is a very good compound 4 building lean muscle. U got good results from 375 mg/wk.............do it again, or if u want u can try another Test. only cycle @ 500 mg/wk.

    So is 10 weeks enough also as noticed in some threads people going 12-13 weeks and I got good strength gains and size as a result

    U can go up to 12 wks. I wouldn't push it much further than that tho, by that point, ur body is about due 4 a break (so u can get everything back 2 normal) There r people that push it much further without problems, but then there r also those that aren't so lucky..................I wouldn't take the gamble, just stick to the 2 - 3 month cycles.

    Good advice ^^

    You can also look back over your first cycle and see how you responded and when you started to slow down with your gains. But 10-12 week cycles are fine.
