Have my gear need some help with dosage?

Just started a Prop cycle this week want to start adding Gh have 6 kits just getting mixed views on how much sterile water to add in each vial. And do I need to run anything else like a AI with the Prop . Also Morning and night or just morning as far as pinning? Which is better? Thanks very much just want the best advice if possible!

I'd add 1cc BW to a 10iu vial. Then each 10 on the slin pin is 1iu. I pin in the morning as soon as I wake up.

Thanks very much. If I can get some help with adding Test Prop ( works the best for me) I am planning to run GH for 4-5 months question I have is everyone on here is saying no more than 12 weeks per Test cycle. Confused on if I run proper with T3 will I bounce back? So far 2 months after every cycle I did all blood work was normal and my natural Test was at 435. P.S. I am 56 years.
