Hey guys, been a longtime viewer/reader, first-maybe second time post. Got a question about cycles for the OGs Vets and hopefully the few endurance athletes out there can soundoff for first cycle.
I'm 27, 5ft 8 and 170 lbs. Bf% around 20. 8 years lifting seriously, last 5 knowing what diet was. That said, I'm planning a cycle A FEW MONTHS from now when BF is 10 - 15, diet clean, etc.
I play a serious, but very amateur soccer league in the spring, and I'd like to roll into the season in great shape. I lift 3x per week, play soccer for 2 hrs 2x per week. I also cycle 20 - 30 miles or run 3 - 5 miles or play pickup basketball the last few days through the upcoming hardwinter months, kind of depends where I can find a group.
For cycle: In Feb. I start HIIT/practice 2x week and crossfit 2x week (when I'd like to run). Season begins in late April.
My cycle would be thus:
1- 10
250 enth/week (thinking arimidex .5 eod 3-10, or as needed)
PCT:
12 - 14 Nolva 20/mg/ed
Winny/anavar are nogoes for pump and joint issues.
My concerns are: Obviously the PCT. For such a low cycle, Im havin probs compared to the BB cycles on here. Second, I'm not sure how to use Nolva/arim throughout cycle as I don't think water retent should be a prob with all the cardio and i need some estro for endurance.
Next major issue is the AAS. I'm thinking 250/week cause its first cycle, I don't need extra weight/water, and I can deal with 10 -15 water/lbm in exchange for the recovery/added strength during training. 500mg/wk recomended dose seems a bit much for someone with my needs, but I'm curious what the vets say, and hopefully some enduro cyclists or soccer players can sound off on this, and please remember my goals guys.
