To start off Im 22 and my stats are 5'9 185 lbs sitting around 9% body fat. Ive been lifting for about 4 years consistently
my first cycle i used sus250 starting at .5ml and gradually increasing .25ml every 2nd week
eg .5ml monday , .5 ml thursday week 1
.75ml monday , .75ml thursday week 2
until i finished 20ml of sus250.
my pct was nolvadex 3 weeks after my last shot.
Ive been off cycle for 2 months now and am planning to start again February.
This time round i want to bulk up to about at least 200 lbs.
I was thinking of using d-bol for 4 weeks , sus or test e , and deca for 10 weeks
