I was under the impression running to much ex gh would cause slin res..but I dont think so with petides.
good question Alex. I dont know to much about peptides. I'm curious to know. And has anyone ever monitored their glucose levels while on them? Maybe they do?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
The reason I ask is a buddy of mine started taking peptides and was getting some weird sides. He was getting the usual numbness in his hands and feet and lethargy, but also had blurred vision. He checked his blood glucose a few nights ago and he said it was through the roof. He took some slin and kept monitoring it and has stopped the peptides for now. The only information I can find is that the spike in gh from peptides is much more natural so blood glucose should not be much of a concern. I've done a fair amount of reading on peptides and have not read about glucose levels being a concern ever, so I find it interesting. Maybe it's something people should be aware of. He is 5'9" 275 and has to take in dextrose with every meal to get his carbs in which I'm sure is not good on the bg levels. He also has been using insulin for a while now at pretty good doses which concerns me. People always ask if they should cycle insulin and there is really no definitive answer as they do not do studies on the effects of low dose insulin on bodybuilders lol. I would definitely say stay on the safe side with insulin use. I'm going to keep researching this.
