I'm in week three of my cycle and have gained 10 pounds. I've been eating roughly 3800 to 4000 clean calories a day. strength has gone up a bit, not much however. I've noticed a bit of atrophy so I started 750 mg of Tribulis. My Diet is as follows:
Meal 1
7 egg whites
2 slices of eziquel bread with natural PB
I cup of raw oatmeal
Meal 2
Whole wheat bread and a can of tuna with a hint of mayo
Meal 3
1/2 almonds
Meal 4
10 ounce chicken
Cup of brown rice
Black beans
meal 5
Monster Mass shake with water 600 calories 50 g protein and 80 g carbs
Chicken or steak and sweet protote or whole wheat pasta
meal 6
1/2 cup of almonds
Meal 7
cup of cottage cheese
