    Someone please talk this over with me

    ok so im 25 years old 6`2 and about 240pounds. im very active. i used to go to the gym all the time but took some time off about two years ago
    now that im back at it harder then ever im not going to lie all i want to do is get cut up before nive weather comes back in 4-5 months.
    with that being said i can get my hands on about anything i want but iv really been looking at test and deca.. am i going in the right way with these two or is there a faster way
    and if these two will do the trick how fast should i start seeing a change and with what dose?
    iv alway worked out just to stay active n healthy now this time i want to see a BIG change in my body thanks guys..

    if you want to get cut up diet is what is going to do it not drugs.
    Test and deca is more of a bulking cycle.
    What is your bf%?
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Yeah gixxer said it. If you do a cycle without having the knowledge and discipline to eat healthy and low in fats/bad carbs/sugars, your post cycle will suck and you'll go back to your previous self. Not to mention the side effects like the possibility of gynecomastia is higher in people with excess fat deposits. Man this website is turning me into a scientist.

    If you took years off the gym, don't start back up with taking steroids. I can already see your ligaments and tendons tearing and not being able to keep up

    Well said not only that but I see wrist and elbow tendentious setting in. Steroids are not the easy answer, I would say more than no they are not the answer unless you know what you are doing, put in the hours in the gym and the hours outside reading, eating and sleeping.
    At 25 6'2 250 how much bf% do you have, if you dont get that down prior to gear usage your asking for gyno
    The idea weight it 6'2 225 at 10% so if you 250 and want to get cut up, you are prolly holding a lot of bf.

    Bigguy is exactly right and diet is the way to bulk or cut. You could cut on test/deca but you need to know what you are doing, most guys get puffy on that cycle. Not to mention, if you have never cycled before you don't really need all that.

    Put some time in the gym, spend your gear money on someone to workout a diet for you and you should get the desired results. Then look at gear later if still interested.
