Looking to start another slingshot cycle after my great results last year (finished June 2011) I don't plan on starting until about april/may, but I'd like to have a concrete plan down and start putting the order in for gear as my source is incrediblyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy slow. My goal is to put on about 10-15lbs of retained lean mass, my last cycle I was able to put 15 lbs of retained on (once I get the pictures up I would say it was lean). After some a bit of reading here I threw this together below, please critique at your harshest discretion. Thanks!
note* I will put up some before and after of my cycle last year, but I need to find the before pics off my hd first.

DIET during TestP/TrenA (TestP/Winnie diet will be similar minus around 30% of the carbs)
6am 68 grams lean pro matrix protein
8am 3/4 cup of Oatmel (coach's oats) with a cut up apple mixed in (plain oatmeal) 6 eggs (eat 1-2 yolks) hard boiled
930am Fage all natural greek yogurt with 20grams of strawberry/banana protein (yogurt 18g protein/8 carbs, protein 20g protein)
12pm Deli Wrap you basically need the equivalent of 8oz of turkey on jalapeno cheddar wrap
3pm 8 oz chicken breast + 1/3 cup quinoa or brown rice
4pm Banana
WORK OUT
Recovery Shake = serving vitargo (70carbs) and 20g whey protein
7pm 8oz chicken or 2 tilapia fillets with steamed vegetables
830pm 7 oz tuna with low fat mayo and mustard eaten with celery (39g protein)
1030pm 68 grams lean pro matrix and 1tblspn flax seed oil
