I have been trying to do some research into IGF-1 for days now and I can't really find anything concrete. Some people say it's awesome, some say it's an absolute waste of money. Now I am personally a long-term kind of guy. I've never been into immediate gains. Slow and steady wins the race and all that. What really got me looking into IGF-1 is a write-up where a guy was saying that it helps to build new muscle cells. So of course if you have more actual muscle cells, you've basically just increased your genetic limit. I know a lot of the pro's are getting so ridiculously huge from GH use, but is it just the actual IGF-1 that is accounting for the increased size potential? If this is the case, sign me up. I can't help but wonder if all the guys that say it's crap are just looking for instant gains. I don't mind doing a couple cycles of IGF-1 and not seeing much results if it means I can see a lot more results in the years to come. So, with all that being said... anyone that has actually used it willing to share their opinions? Also trying to figure out safe dosages. And from what I've heard immediately after workouts into the muscle worked is the best route. Well, hopefully I can get some good feedback and it can help others like me. Cause I swear the search funtion sucks when it comes to this stuff.
