So I've been taking 3gms of D-asp/day for almost a month. I also just started taking iron labs epi xtreme about a week ago (30mgs/day). After shaving my chest the other day, I noticed that my left ariola was hard and sore just to the left of my nipple. I figured ingrown hair or cyst but as I checked it out more and pinching it, white liquid came out. Im assuming this is a prolactin issue only because my nipples themselves are not sore and there's no gyno ball behind them. I've never had this issue before and actually haven't even needed to use serms or AI's on test e and dbol cycles. I've heard about prami and other similiar treatments don't work in research chemicals so I don't have a lot of confidence there. Ive also heard of p5p or l-dopa to combat this but I'm just wondering if anyone here has a proven effective remedy for this. I've stopped the D-asp but still taking the epi xtreme because I really believe it was the D-asp. I currently have nolva and aromasin on hand but I don't think either will help with this. Any info would be appreciated.

Like the stock market past results are not 'necessarily' indicative of future performance. Your car, fridge, tv, even flashlight may have worked fine yesterday, but may not work at all today. The same goes for your past experiences, firstly you're not the same, secondly what you're taking (or more accurately) stacking has also changed.

So your lactating, and you don't think the best SERM for gyno will help?!
Well you can always go find a local newborn in need of nursing.

But might I suggest that since you have breast/nipple pain and lactation that it's the early onset of gyno? For the record, any decisive breast change be it itching, irriation, pain, tingling, sensitivity to touch or clothing, etc. etc. while taking anabolic impacting hormones (even in the absence of a nodule/lump), is often gyno-related. But as you know you can't one thing, however you have two complimentary symptoms, while taking a variety of obscure products. Stop wasting time, take Nolva at 40 mg/ed for the first few (3-4) days, then reduce to 20 mg/ed for at least a week after the symptoms subside. You should be fine, and stop pinching your own nipples!

    Best to you.

    Thankx magic42,
I took the Nolva as suggested and sure as shit, worked in two days. Nip is just a little itchy now and then but no swelling or pain. That DAA works, I felt like a superhero after a couple weeks but I question the after effects. I feel like my test is lower than before I started, feel like crying half the time. Just very sensitive and my aggression is completely gone. Something to consider if using during pct.

Bizo, curiosity has gotten the best of me. who is the manufacture of your DAA? i have used the black labeled SD Pharmaceuticals and have seen terrific results, but never gyno or signs of lactating?? wow, no wonder the fda was considering taking this off the market..lol

It was Performance Edge DAA Pure. I took 3 grams/day. I noticed the gyno on the 26th day. I'm currently still taking two PES Erase/ day which is just precautionary. Can't tell if its doing anything. Anything I do take I research on PubMed to see if its worth it or just bullshit. I also have a phenomenal library to use at my work (big institute in Cambridge Ma)

That was on last night...funny shit.

DAA is not a prohormone but yes, depeneding on what PH and your bodies natural affinity for estrogen/prolactin to bind to the receptor, you can absolutely get gyno from a PH. I have never had gyno from real gear or PH but I did from DAA. The problem with DAA is that it causes the hypothalamus to signal the pituitary to produce more of all sex hormones, not just test.

Gearbox, here's a good read on DAA:

    by Seth Roberts

Aspartic acid is one of the 20 common amino acids that are used by the body to construct proteins and is considered to be non-essential since it can be made from oxaloactetate, an intermediate of the tricarboxylic acid cycle. There are two isomers of aspartic acid, the L-isomer and the D-isomer. Only the L-isomer is used in proteins while the d-isomer is used as a neurotransmitter as d-aspartic acid and n-methyl-d-aspartic acid. D-aspartic acid is known to stimulate the NMDA receptor but to a lesser extent than glutamine. Activation of the NMDA receptor also requires the binding of glycine (a stimulatory amino acid) but recent evidence has shown that D-serine is even more potent in this regard.

More recently, D-aspartic acid has been shown to have some intriguing effects in several animal species and humans. D-aspartic acid has been shown to enhance gonadotropin releasing hormone release from the hypothalamus as well as growth hormone and luteinizing hormone release from the pituitary (1,2). Sodium D-aspartic acid has also been shown to directly increase testosterone production by the testes (3,4,5). So, not only does d-aspartic acid cause the release of more testosterone but also the production of more testosterone. D-aspartic acid does this by increasing the levels of steroidogenic acute regulatory (StAR) protein (6).

StAR plays a critical role in the production of steroid hormones in the testes and adrenals. In fact, StAR mediates the rate-limiting step in steroid hormone production, the importation of cholesterol into the mitochondria (6,7). All steroid hormones are manufactured from cholesterol in the mitochondria and if cholesterol doesn’t get into the mitochondria, then steroid hormones, and more specifically, testosterone does not get produced. D-aspartic acid increases StAR which increases cholesterol entry into the mitochondria which results in increased testosterone production.

A study dosed 3.12 grams of sodium-d-aspartate to adult males (27 to 37 yrs old) for 12 days resulting in a 42% increase in average testosterone levels (1). These may not seem like huge increases in testosterone but these are controlled, scientific results in normal healthy men. Evidence exists in the literature that shows D-aspartic acid to be more effective at increasing LH levels in animals that have been castrated suggesting that D-aspartic acid may be even more effective in hypogonadal males or those whose natural production may be suppressed following a steroid cycle.

Of the mind and muscle sponsors, one product seems to meet the criteria of a great D-aspartic acid supplement. Testosterone Conversion Factor-1 (TCF-1), a product from Primordial Performance, delivers the exact ingredient, in the exact dosage used in the human study mentioned above. As a grape flavored oral liquid, this product should be worthy choice for anyone wanting to explore the benefits of d-aspartic acid.

Having regular blood work done is always a good idea. I have heard of some potential problems like this with DAA but never seen them firsthand yet.
I know some guys I worked with who used EPI complained of some sensitive nipples too,,no lactating just soreness.
