Hey guys, I have a bit of an awkward question about the digestive system relating to bodybuilding. I was wondering how often one should poop when they are eating high calorie diets and the same question for low calorie diets... for instance, right now I am in a cutting phase and I am only consuming about 2200 cals day (600 deficit) and one week I may poop every day for that entire week and then the next week its like 3 days without one poop? Haha, explain if you could.
