That's false information. Please elaborate on where you read that? I highly doubt you heard it on here

Going natty I would work out one muscle group about every week or 6 days. If I was using aas I may possibly do more cause the recovery time but I doubt it. Lifting one a week helps risk of injury and over.training. and if you are a smart kid or young man you will think long term. I know many body builders who know talk about they wish they knew they only had to train one a week to get good results years ago.
train as often as you can handle, more frequency is always better if you can recover
